Walmart is seeking a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician to support and repair Refrigeration HVAC equipment at local Walmart facilities. The role requires commercial HVAC knowledge, EPA refrigerant handling certification, and a HS diploma.

You will use hand, digital, and power tools to complete repairs and manage work orders. Base pay ranges from $56,160 to $106,080 per year, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus at select locations.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• Type I/II or Universal EPA Certification for Refrigerant handling.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean MVR.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility Refrigeration HVAC equipment using tools and techniques.
• Receive and document repair Work Orders and support Store teams.
• Respond quickly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Diagnose issues by inspecting equipment and systems.
• Complete training to operate tools safely and in compliance.
• Follow OSHA and EPA guidelines per Walmart safety policy.
