You will use hand tools and digital tools to complete repairs and handle work orders efficiently. Salary ranges from $56,160 to $106,080 per year with a $10,000 sign-on bonus (for select locations).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• Experience with large‑scale rack refrigeration systems.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal Certification for refrigerant handling.
• Valid state driver's license and clean MVR history.
• 18+ with High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets.
• Utilize HVAC skills and various tools to complete repairs.
• Receive and document work orders to support stores and associates.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect facilities and diagnose issues; ensure safety compliance.
• Complete required training to operate equipment safely.
• Lift up to 75 pounds; work at heights as needed.
