Job summary

Cloudflare seeks a Manager of Hardware Integration Operations to lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for supply coordination, rack engineering readiness, third‑party integration, and deployment coordination. You will manage teams across supply‑chain operations, rack integration engineering, and technical program management while scaling capabilities.

• Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams across operations or technical domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team spanning supply-chain operations, rack integration engineering, and technical program management.
• Own the operating model connecting capacity demand, L10 hardware supply, L11 rack production, and deployment readiness.
• Guide the team’s contribution to new rack architectures and L11 new product introductions with cross‑functional partners.
• Govern BOM consistency and integration test requirements while influencing data center standards for deployment‑ready racks.
• Lead relationships with global L11 integration suppliers, including performance reviews and capacity commitments.
• Expand rack integration capabilities through programs and cross‑functional collaboration.
