Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Program Manager to own integrated supply‑planning interfaces, connecting capacity demand, hardware supply, and rack integration across global regions.

You will coordinate transitions from L10 to L11, providing material readiness, capacity planning, and operational visibility to enable Cloudflare’s expansion with suppliers and integration partners.

Qualifications

• Broad experience in global supply chain management, production planning, or related fields.
• Proven track record coordinating supply and production programs across multi-site and international regions.
• Ability to connect demand forecasts, material readiness, supplier capacity, and schedules.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with engineering, procurement, finance, and vendors.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to present options and risks to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic supply planning across global regions by linking capacity with hardware availability.
• Oversee weekly supply allocation reporting and material-readiness assessments for upcoming builds.
• Identify constraints and present actionable allocation options to Capacity Planning.
• Translate quarterly/annual forecasts into actionable requirements for integration partners.
• Track CapEx commitments and provide leadership with progress and risk insights.
• Lead supplier relationships through regular reviews on capacity, delivery, cost, and quality.
• Evaluate new suppliers and locations to strengthen geographic resiliency and capacity growth.
• Support commercial operations by validating requisitions and PO processes.
