Cloudflare seeks a Rack Integration Operations Engineer to serve as a technical quality gatekeeper and partner across hardware build programs. You will bridge engineering specifications with external contract manufacturers, ensuring BOM accuracy, lead times, and manufacturing compliance.

Qualifications

Vendor and contract manufacturing relationships management.
Evaluate rack-level specs (power, networking, server, firmware) for compliance.
Track operational workflows in Jira with KPIs and SLAs.
Apply AI/LLMs to automate workflows and analyze data.

Responsibilities

Engineering & quality: review BOMs and resolve substitutions and blockers.
Bridge engineering design changes with production and BOM discrepancies.
Materials & logistics: forecast demand and oversee inbound/outbound logistics.
Partner & program management: coordinate with external hardware partners and track SLAs.
AI innovation: automate workflows and build reusable tooling.
