Job summary

Ford Racing's Vehicle Engineering team is seeking a Vehicle Integration Engineer to lead end-to-end development, testing, and validation of future Ford Racing products, turning customer insights into balanced, vehicle-level requirements.

You will drive cross-functional teams through milestones, manage test-vehicle lifecycles, and ensure emotive performance with high-quality engineering gates and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–5+ years in Vehicle Engineering or related automotive role.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and solving complex technical issues.
• Vehicle testing and validation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead DCV development and launch activities across Ford Racing programs.
• Translate customer insights into balanced vehicle-level requirements.
• Oversee test-vehicle lifecycle and DV efficiency.
• Direct Track and Off-Road Durability testing.
• Lead final validation of vehicle emotive experiences.
