Job summary

Spring Mountain Racing is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to act as the primary contact for members and customers, coordinating automotive service, maintenance, and race-prep needs at our Nevada facility.

You will document concerns, prepare estimates, prioritize technician workload, and ensure accurate work orders and invoices while delivering exceptional member service in a fast-paced racing environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 2 years in a service-advisor or front-facing role in automotive/motorsports.
Experience in dealership, performance shop, or racing environment preferred.
Strong knowledge of maintenance, repair processes, and high-performance vehicles.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and shop management software.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary service contact for customers and members, handling service, maintenance, repairs, and race-prep communications.
Create and maintain accurate work orders, estimates, and service notes.
Prepare accurate maintenance and repair estimates and obtain member approval.
Coordinate with Shop Foreman, Technicians, Parts Department, and Engine Builder for efficient workflow.
Monitor open work orders and communicate status, delays, and next steps to members.
