Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of professional engine building experience.
• Experience with high-performance racing engines.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and specs.
• Must provide personal hand tools.
• Team-oriented in a collaborative environment.
• ASE certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, rebuild, inspect, and service high-performance racing engines to specs.
• Read blueprints and manuals to complete builds.
• Inspect parts using precision instruments.
• Install, align, and adjust engine components.
• Diagnose engine failures and perform repairs.
• Document work activities per company procedures.
• Coordinate with Parts Department to manage inventory.
• Support Race Weekends and trackside operations.
• Maintain tools and workspace following safety policies.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
