Job summary

Brooks Running in Seattle seeks a Footwear Innovation Developer II - Racing Footwear to leverage advanced product knowledge from insights through commercialization, delivering top-performing racing footwear for Brooks athletes.

You will collaborate with design, manufacturing and marketing, applying 2D/3D pattern engineering, outsole/midsole construction and material properties to drive innovation that meets athlete needs and Brooks performance goals.

Qualifications

Experience in total footwear construction process including outsole/midsole technical 2D/3D, pattern engineering and material construction.
Understanding needs of elite track & road racing athletes and translating into innovation.
Ability to communicate engineering concepts across product teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Work with cross-functional product creation team from insights to commercialization.
Deliver high-performing racing footwear for Brooks professional athletes and runners.
Contribute to engineering principles that enhance product value and performance.
