Job summary

Qualifications

• Be enrolled full-time in Fall 2027 at an accredited college/university.
• Major in Chemical Engineering, Rubber Engineering/Technology, or related technical field.
• GPA 3.0 or higher; unofficial transcripts required.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned projects in compound engineering.
• Learn elastomer technology, rubber compounding ingredients, and mixing/testing equipment.
• Analyze data to understand how ingredients affect properties (hardness, strength, traction).
• Attend races and tire tests for hands-on experience with race compounds.
• Design and lead a project related to compound performance or curing thermodynamics.
