Responsibilities

• Maintain racetrack and property with routine repairs and painting.
• Replace HVAC and smoke eater filters.
• Notify management of repair needs.
• Remove snow, ice and debris from entrances and walkways.
• Maintain exterior grounds and parking areas.
• Keep floors clean and tidy.
• Update management on inventory supply status.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks.
• Report safety, environmental issues, or equipment malfunctions.
• Promote superior guest service.
