Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• CDL is required to operate water/spreader trucks.
• 1–3 months related experience or training acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain racetrack and property with routine repairs and painting.
• Replace HVAC and smoke eater filters.
• Snow removal and debris clearance for entrances and walkways.
• Maintain grounds, parking areas and floor cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory and report equipment malfunctions.
• Promote guest service excellence.
