Downs Racing, LP is seeking team members to maintain the racetrack and surrounding property, performing routine repairs, cleaning, and snow removal. The role includes operating water and spreader trucks between races and ensuring safety standards are met.

CDL is required, and team members will join the Teamsters Union after 90 days of employment. Regular shifts are on-site at our Pennsylvania facility during live races and maintenance periods.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CDL is required.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.

• Maintains racetrack and property with routine repairs and cleaning.
• Replaces HVAC and smoke eater filters.
• Snow, ice and debris removal from entrances and walkways.
• Maintains exterior grounds and parking areas.
• Reports safety concerns and equipment malfunctions to management.
• Promotes superior guest service.
