Job summary

210_Mohegan_Pocono Downs Racing, LP is seeking a facilities maintenance team member to perform routine repairs, painting, cleaning, snow removal, and guest-service focused duties at our racetrack and property. You will replace HVAC and smoke-filter units, monitor supplies, and report health and safety concerns to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in maintenance or facilities work is a plus.
• Able to perform routine repairs and cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintains racetrack and property with routine repairs, painting and maintenance.
• Replaces HVAC and smoke eater filters.
• Notifies management about repairs.
• Removes snow, ice, and debris from entrances and walkways.
• Maintains exterior grounds and parking lot; keeps floors clean.
• Communicates inventory status to management.
• Performs daily/weekly/monthly cleaning tasks.
• Reports safety, environmental and equipment issues.
