Job summary

Life Enriching Communities is seeking a dedicated Resident Aide to support residents with daily activities, personal care, and mobility in a Montgomery, OH community. The role emphasizes compassionate, respectful care and safety in a senior living environment.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent and prior experience in senior living or hospital settings. This is a full-time position with day-friendly hours and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a continuing care retirement community or hospital preferred.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Participate in shift change reports.
• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Collect menu tickets and assist with meal service and dining experience.
• Launder residents' belongings.
• Support resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Perform other duties as assigned by nursing staff.
