Job summary

Blinn College District is seeking a Full Time Manager for Financial Aid Return of Title IV (R2T4) at the Brenham Campus. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or some hours towards a college degree with 2+ years in financial aid/finance in higher education.
• Knowledge of U.S. Department of Education regulations and state financial aid rules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee R2T4 calculations and processing in compliance with federal/state regulations.
• Advise students and families on financial aid eligibility and loan options.
• Supervise staff and develop procedures to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
• Assist with professional judgment reviews and reporting requirements.
