Job summary

Responsibilities

• Administer state aid programs (e.g., Tennessee TA Award, Tennessee Promise) and assist with Banner setup.
• Process Return of Title IV (R2T4) and packaging activities, and reconcile accounts.
• Prepare required financial aid reports in collaboration with campus and central offices.
• Provide high level customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
