Job summary

Accenture is seeking a transformation expert to guide clients through Oracle Cloud Financial Management and Record to Report transformations. You will lead workshops, define robust designs, and mentor teams to deliver integrated Oracle R2R solutions.

The role blends functional advisory and hands-on configuration, with opportunities to shape business processes and drive client success across industries. Travel may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financial Management (incl. General Ledger and Financial Accounting Hub).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation Project.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience of end-to-end Record to Report business processes.
• Minimum of 1 full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud FIN implementations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.
• Minimum of 1 Oracle Cloud certification.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate design workshops with business stakeholders to understand Record to Report (R2R) requirements and recommend robust design.
• Help clients understand leading R2R business processes so they can transform their business with Oracle.
• Spot strategies, risks, and options, and recommend approaches that sidestep problems.
• Provide clients options for designs using prototypes.
• Lead, coach, and advise a small project team to design, set‑up, test, and deploy Oracle R2R solutions and ensure integration.
