Accenture’s Oracle practice is hiring a transformation expert to lead and coach a project team focused on Oracle Record to Report solutions. You will design, set up, test, and deploy R2R configurations, while guiding stakeholders through transformative financial processes.

The role emphasizes leading workshops, assessing risks, and delivering robust Oracle Cloud-enabled designs. Travel varying with client needs and project scope.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financial Management (incl. General Ledger and Financial Accounting Hub).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation Project.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience of end-to-end Record to Report business processes.
• Minimum of 1 full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud FIN implementations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience).
• Minimum of 1 Oracle Cloud certification.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate design workshops with business stakeholders to understand R2R requirements and design robust solutions.
• Help clients understand leading Record to Report processes and transform their business with Oracle.
• Spot strategies, risks, and options, and recommend approaches that meet client needs.
• Provide design options using prototypes for Oracle Record to Report solutions.
• Lead and coach a project team to design, set up, test, and deploy Oracle R2R in an integrated environment.
