Job summary

Accenture is seeking a transformation-focused professional to lead Oracle Cloud Financial Management initiatives, specializing in Record to Report processes. You will guide design workshops, advise clients on best practices, and drive end-to-end R2R implementations with Oracle Cloud.

Strong communication and leadership are essential to coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver robust solutions. You will work on high-impact projects across industries, collaborating with business stakeholders

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financial Management (GL + FAH).
• 1+ year in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation projects.
• 1+ year end-to-end Record to Report processes experience.
• 1 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud FIN implementation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent. If Associate degree, 6+ years experience.
• 1 Oracle Cloud certification.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate design workshops with business stakeholders to understand Record to Report requirements and propose robust design.
• Help clients understand leading R2R processes to transform with Oracle.
• Identify strategies, risks, options and recommend approaches to meet client needs.
• Provide design options using prototypes.
• Collaborate with project team and stakeholders to deliver Oracle Record to Report on Oracle Cloud.
• Lead and coach a small project team to design, set-up, test and deploy Oracle R2R solutions within an integrated environment.
• Plan tasks, track progress, and maintain client trust to ensure project delivery.
• Grow skills to assist business development and sales efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and Oracle features to deliver best solutions.
