Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Manager, Record to Report, S.C.O.R.E. to lead balance sheet reconciliation governance and continuous improvement.

You will act as the BlackLine SME, drive standardization across R2R, and collaborate with Finance to improve control effectiveness and audit readiness. The role includes managing offshore reports, supporting transformation initiatives, and leveraging SAP S/4HANA to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting, financial reporting, Record-to-Report, controllership, internal controls, or finance operations experience.
• Experience preparing, reviewing, or governing balance sheet reconciliations.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP, financial controls, and month-end close processes.
• Strong written, verbal, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee balance sheet reconciliation governance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement for the R2R process.
• Promote standardization of accounting documentation and controls.
• Lead reconciliation quality reviews and manage assigned resources, including 2 offshore direct reports.
• Serve as BlackLine subject matter expert and support finance transformation initiatives (BlackLine, SAP) and process automation.
