CVS Health Corporation in Hartford, CT is seeking a Manager, Record to Report, S.C.O.R.E. to oversee balance sheet reconciliation governance, QA, and continuous improvement across the R2R process.

You will lead reconciliation reviews, promote consistent accounting standards, manage 2 offshore direct reports, and serve as the BlackLine SME while partnering with Finance and Accounting teams on transformations involving BlackLine and SAP S/4HANA.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, R2R, controllership, internal controls, audit, or finance operations.
• Experience preparing, reviewing, or governing balance sheet reconciliations.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP, financial controls, and month-end close processes.
• Ability to analyze financial information, identify deficiencies, and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Manage reconciliation quality reviews and governance to ensure accuracy.
• Promote consistent accounting standards and documentation.
• Oversee allocated resources and partner with Finance and Accounting teams.
• Serve as BlackLine subject matter resource and support finance transformation initiatives with BlackLine and SAP S/4HANA.
• Manage 2 offshore direct reports.
