CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Manager, Record to Report (S.C.O.R.E.) to govern balance sheet reconciliations, ensure QA, and drive continuous improvement across the R2R function. You will lead reconciliation reviews, standardize documentation, and partner with Finance to enhance accuracy and audit readiness.

The role includes serving as BlackLine SME, supporting initiatives around SAP S/4HANA, process standardization, and automation, and managing two offshore direct reports in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, Record-to-Report, controllership, internal controls, audit, or finance operations.
• Experience preparing, reviewing, or governing balance sheet reconciliations.
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial controls, and month-end close processes.
• Ability to analyze financial information, identify deficiencies, and lead across functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Oversee balance sheet reconciliation governance, quality assurance and continuous improvement within Record-to-Report.
• Promote consistent accounting and documentation standards and manage resources.
• Serve as BlackLine SME and support finance transformation involving BlackLine and SAP S/4HANA.
• Lead and mentor 2 offshore direct reports and collaborate with Finance teams to improve audit readiness.
