CVS Health is seeking a Manager, Record to Report, S.C.O.R.E. to oversee balance sheet reconciliations, ensure accurate accounting, and drive continuous improvement across the R2R function. This role leads process governance and quality reviews to support audit readiness.

You will manage 2 offshore direct reports, serve as BlackLine SME, and partner with Finance and Accounting teams on transformations involving BlackLine and SAP S/4HANA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, Record-to-Report, controllership, internal controls, audit, or finance operations.
• Experience preparing, reviewing, or governing balance sheet reconciliations.
• Working knowledge of United States GAAP, financial controls, and month-end close processes.
• Strong written, verbal, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage reconciliation quality reviews and promote standardized accounting practices.
• Oversee assigned resources and coordinate with Finance and Accounting teams to improve accuracy and control effectiveness.
• Serve as BlackLine subject matter resource and support finance transformation initiatives involving BlackLine and SAP S/4HANA.
• Lead two offshore direct reports and drive audit readiness.
