Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Business Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience delivering end-to-end projects independently.
• Experience cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives in supply chain and transportation networks.
• Define and shape program vision and strategy with executable roadmaps across multiple workstreams.
• Drive process optimization and scalable solutions for future needs.

• Synthesize data into actionable insights for executive decision making.
• Lead change management and drive adoption of new processes globally.
• Identify roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies across programs.
• Structure executive discussions and decision-making processes.
