Job summary

Amazon seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across supply chain and transportation networks. You will shape program strategy, drive end-to-end delivery, and build governance for multi-million dollar portfolios in a highly ambiguous environment.

You will synthesize data to inform executive decisions, lead global change management, and align cross-functional leaders including director-level stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Business Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Responsibilities

• Lead change management initiatives, managing stakeholder expectations and driving adoption of new processes across global teams.
• Proactively identify potential roadblocks and dependencies across interconnected programs, developing mitigation strategies before issues materialize.
• Structure and facilitate executive-level discussions and decision-making processes, driving alignment on complex trade-offs.
• Design and implement program measurement frameworks that connect operational metrics to strategic business outcomes.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Business Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Experience working on and delivering end to end projects independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

• Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives and cross-functional teams
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
