  • Lead change management initiatives, managing stakeholder expectations and driving adoption of new processes across global teams.
  • Proactively identify potential roadblocks and dependencies across interconnected programs, developing mitigation strategies before issues materialize.
  • Structure and facilitate executive‑level discussions and decision‑making processes, driving alignment on complex trade‑offs.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
