Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a Maintenance Technician to implement the upkeep of the Sales Center and Welcome Center, performing preventative maintenance such as changing AC filters, inspecting fire extinguishers, and servicing appliances.

Daily duties include painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall, landscaping, and general cleanup; you will notify the manager of issues and assist guests when needed.
