Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a Maintenance Technician to upkeep the Sales Center and Welcome Center. The role focuses on preventive maintenance of HVAC, fire safety and appliances, plus general upkeep across facilities.

You will perform painting, plumbing, electrical work, furniture movement and light construction, with a focus on guest satisfaction and safety. Prior resort maintenance experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience in general resort maintenance is preferred.
• Able to read construction work orders and use basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Implements preventative maintenance programs such as AC filters, fire extinguishers and appliances.
• Maintains daily upkeep including painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall and landscaping.
• Completes maintenance calls and notifies manager of issues.
• Assists guests when needed and performs other duties as requested.
