Job summary

Capital Vacations, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the resort grounds, ensuring safe and clean surroundings for guests and Owners in sunny Florida. The role involves landscaping, lawn and irrigation maintenance, and operating hand tools with care.

You will join a team that values reliability, safety, and teamwork, with opportunities for growth and responsibilities across the property. A valid driver's license and prior groundskeeping experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year groundskeeping experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficient with manual and power hand tools.
• Familiar with OSHA regulations and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaping of the resort, including lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers, turf, and irrigation.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and equipment efficiently.
• Keep grounds free from trash and debris; empty receptacles.
• Assist with maintenance tasks as needed and follow safety protocols.

What You're Great At

• Responsibilities listed may not apply to all locations
• Maintains the landscaping of the resort
• Maintains lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers, turf, and irrigation to include trimming, fertilizing, etc.
• Operates and maintains hand tools efficiently
• Keeps grounds free from trash, litter, debris
• Empties all trash receptacles
• Conducts basic irrigation audits and preforms basic irrigation repairs
• Removes snow utilizing shovel or snowblower
• Assists with any maintenance task as needed
• All other duties as requested
