Job summary

Capital Vacations, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold and maintain our Sales Center and Welcome Center. You will perform preventative maintenance, routine upkeep, and assist guests as needed, while handling basic repair tasks and following construction work orders.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and experience in resort maintenance. This role offers growth opportunities within a fast-paced vacation ownership environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and a clean driving record is required.
• Knowledge of the Timeshare industry is preferred.
• Experience in general resort maintenance (landscaping, construction, upkeep) is preferred.
• Able to read construction work orders and use basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance technician maintains the Sales Center and Welcome Center.
• Performs preventative maintenance (A/C filters, fire extinguishers, appliances).
• Keeps daily upkeep including painting, plumbing, electrical, moving furniture, drywall, and landscaping clean-up.

• Implements preventative maintenance programs such as A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances
• Maintains daily upkeep, included but not limited to painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall and landscaping clean-up
• Completes maintenance calls, general upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome CenterNotifies manager of any issues
• Assists guests when needed
• Completes all other duties as requested
