Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain resort grounds and ensure a safe, attractive environment for guests and Owners. You will manage mowing, trimming, irrigation, and general landscape upkeep across multiple locations.

The role requires at least 1 year of groundskeeping experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision. OSHA safety awareness is essential, and you may assist with additional maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year groundskeeping experience or related field.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• Proficient in using manual and power hand tools.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and follows laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the landscaping of the resort.
• Mows lawns, trims shrubs, maintains turf and irrigation.
• Operates and maintains hand tools and power tools.
• Keeps grounds free from trash, litter, debris and empties receptacles.
• Performs basic irrigation audits and repairs.
• Assists with maintenance tasks as needed.
• Removes snow using shovel or snowblower.
• All other duties as requested.
