Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking an attentive Groundskeeper to maintain resort landscaping and ensure a clean, safe outdoor environment for guests and Owners. You’ll manage lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers, turf, and irrigation, using hand tools and power equipment with care.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of groundskeeping experience, a valid driver’s license, and knowledge of OSHA regulations.

• Minimum of 1-year groundskeeping experience or related field.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaping of the resort, including lawn, trees, shrubs, flowers, turf, and irrigation.
• Operate and maintain hand tools efficiently.
• Keep grounds free from trash, litter and debris.
• Empty all trash receptacles.
• Conduct basic irrigation audits and perform basic irrigation repairs.
• Assist with any maintenance task as needed.

• Maintains the landscaping of the resort
• Maintains lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers, turf, and irrigation to include trimming, fertilizing, etc.
• Operates and maintains hand tools efficiently
• Keeps grounds free from trash, litter, debris
• Empties all trash receptacles
• Conducts basic irrigation audits and preforms basic irrigation repairs
• Removes snow utilizing shovel or snowblower
• Assists with any maintenance task as needed
• All other duties as requested
