Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Implement preventative maintenance programs for A/C filters and fire extinguishers.
• Maintain daily upkeep including painting, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Complete maintenance calls for the Sales Center and Welcome Center.
• Notify manager of any issues.
• Assist guests when needed.

What you're great at

• Implements preventative maintenance programs such as A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances
• Maintains daily upkeep, included but not limited to painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall and landscaping clean-up
• Completes maintenance calls, general upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center
• Notifies manager of any issues
• Assists guests when needed
• Completes all other duties as requested
