Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in scientific field or relevant work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of training management experience.
• Experience working in a laboratory setting.
• BSL-2 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new hire and existing employee training plans.
• Schedule training tasks and liaise with R&D trainers.
• Update training curricula as priorities change.
• Track attendance and trainee performance; provide feedback.
• Maintain training records and generate weekly reports.
• Conduct training sessions and support employees through the process.
