Job summary

Diasorin is seeking a Training Coordinator to support Global Field Service training programs and manage scheduling, records, onboarding, and training compliance. The role ensures timely delivery of training and alignment with service objectives across the organization.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, with a bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of experience in training coordination or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1+ Years of experience in training coordination, administration, customer service, operations, or a related field. required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, E-Learning, and onboarding activities in the LMS for Global Service.
• Maintain training records, certifications, attendance logs, training calendar, and LMS data.
• Assist in the distribution of training materials and communication of released Field Service training documentation.
• Monitor training compliance and certification deadlines, providing reminders and status updates to employees and management.
• Generate and maintain reports on training participation, completion rates, and other applicable training metrics.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding training schedules, requirements, and available learning resources.
