Job summary

LiquidStack is scaling its R&D organization to advance liquid cooling and high-performance thermal solutions for data center and computing environments. We are seeking a mid-level Thermal Engineer to take hands-on ownership of the design, analysis, testing, and validation of thermal systems across both current products and next-generation platforms.

This role requires 3–5 years of experience, independence, and a drive to grow into broader system-level responsibilities as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of thermal engineering experience.
• Experience with CFD or thermal analysis tools.
• Hands-on lab testing and data correlation.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Design thermal solutions for servers and electronics with liquid cooling focus.
• Perform thermal analysis, modeling, and prototyping.
• Run lab tests, collect data, and validate requirements.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, firmware, and manufacturing teams.
• Document results and present in design reviews.
