Job description

Research and Development Technology Management is looking for an organized, analytical, and highly collaborative professional to help strengthen the way the organization designs, coordinates, and executes its work with a focus on organizational efficiencies and technology management. This role partners with leaders and teams across Technology Management to bring structure and visibility to priorities, processes, performance measures, and cross-functional initiatives. You will help translate organizational needs into practical workflows, actionable information, and repeatable ways of working—while supporting the tools, governance practices, and communications that keep the organization aligned. The role combines data analytics, organizational coordination, process development, operational reporting, technology administration, governance, and continuous improvement. Success requires the ability to connect details to broader business outcomes, proactively plan/design, build productive relationships across technical and business teams, and drive work through to completion.

What You’ll Do
Organization-Wide Planning and Coordination
  • Support Technology Management planning cycles, operating reviews, leadership meetings, and recurring business rhythms.
  • Coordinate inputs from across the organization to help establish priorities, milestones, dependencies, and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain clear visibility into commitments, risks, decisions, and next steps across multiple teams and initiatives.
  • Prepare concise summaries, presentations, status updates, and other materials that help leaders make informed decisions.
  • Connect related work across the organization and identify opportunities to improve alignment, timing, and execution.
Process Development and Continuous Improvement
  • Develop, document, and improve processes used across the Technology Management and broader Research and Development organization.
  • Create current-state workflows, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and recommend practical improvements.
  • Establish repeatable standards, templates, guidance, and controls that improve consistency and accountability.
  • Coordinate implementation of new processes and help teams adopt changes effectively.
  • Monitor process performance, gather feedback, and drive ongoing refinement based on organizational needs.
AI Tools Enablement
  • Support the evaluation, adoption, and responsible use of approved AI tools that improve productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Help document use cases, workflows, guidance, and governance expectations for AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders on implementation, user support, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor opportunities to apply AI and automation to recurring processes while maintaining appropriate controls and documentation.
Technology Operations Tools and Platform Support
  • Provide administration and day-to-day support for Planisware and other tools used to manage programs, priorities, resources, and organizational work.
  • Coordinate issue resolution, user support, training, system updates, access, documentation, and platform health.
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to improve tool reliability, usability, governance, and adoption.
  • Help ensure that tools and supporting processes reflect current organizational requirements.
Operational Reporting and Performance Visibility
  • Support dashboards, scorecards, metrics, and recurring reports that provide visibility into organizational performance and execution.
  • Help define reporting requirements, improve data quality, and promote consistent use of metrics across teams.
  • Coordinate recurring updates and enhancements with stakeholders and reporting partners.
  • Translate operational needs into useful dashboards, workflows, and decision-support materials.
  • Identify trends, issues, and opportunities that warrant leadership attention or follow-up.
Technology and IT Coordination
  • Serve as a coordination point for technology-related requests, including asset management, software needs, access, and end-user support.
  • Support intake, tracking, prioritization, and follow-through for requests involving enterprise IT teams.
  • Help translate Technology Operations needs into clear requirements and actionable requests.
  • Maintain visibility into open items, decisions, dependencies, and resolution status.
Governance, Compliance, and Knowledge Management
  • Support compliance activities related to Information Lifecycle Management, internal publications, human subject research policies, and other applicable requirements.
  • Help maintain documentation, controls, review calendars, and evidence needed to support policy adherence.
  • Identify process gaps, risks, and follow-up actions, and coordinate with stakeholders to address them.
  • Oversee SharePoint governance practices and support the ongoing maintenance of site content, structure, access, and usability.
  • Help content owners follow governance expectations and maintain accurate, accessible, and well-organized information.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
