Job summary

Eurofins USA Genomic Services is seeking an R&D Technician to support daily lab operations, assist with sample processing, and contribute to ongoing research projects. Training in DNA/RNA extraction, RT-PCR, ELISA, and NGS will be provided, with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and quality.

The role involves collaborative work with the R&D Manager, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with SOPs and QA systems.

Qualifications

• Willingness to receive training in molecular biology techniques and R&D protocols.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with high accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in recordkeeping.
• Commitment to laboratory safety practices and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Process samples for developmental research as directed by the R&D team.
• Collaborate with the R&D Manager to ensure samples meet quality standards and timelines.
• Maintain lab organization, equipment, and supplies.
• Follow ISO QA documentation and safety protocols.
• Assist with DNA/RNA extraction, gel electrophoresis, and basic data analysis.
