Job summary

IntePros is seeking an R&D Technical Writing Analyst to support labeling and technical documentation in a medical device environment. You will develop, review, and maintain labels, drawings, specifications, SOPs, and related forms to ensure accuracy and compliance.

You will manage records in document control and PLM systems, assist with label verification and production implementation, and coordinate reviews with cross-functional teams across R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Manufacturing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and practical experience.
• Experience with technical writing, labeling, document control, PLM systems, or medical device documentation preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe products.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and project coordination skills.
