Job summary

Matlen Silver is seeking an R&D Technical Writing Analyst to help develop and maintain labeling documentation, drawings, change orders, and specifications, ensuring GMP and QSR compliance. You will design labeling using templates and manage records in the document control system.

The role requires collaboration with R&D, Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Design Assurance, Quality, Manufacturing, and Operations to support patient safety and product quality.

Qualifications

• Must have a detail-oriented mindset and strong change-control discipline.
• Experience creating and managing labels in regulated environments is required.
• Familiarity with label software tools (Prism, Label Creator, Bartender, Nice Label, Easy Label) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining labeling documentation, drawings, change orders, and specifications to GMP/QSR standards.
• Design labeling using templates and style guides; manage digital/hardcopy records in document control systems.
• Collaborate with R&D, Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Design Assurance, Quality, Manufacturing and Operations to support patient safety and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure labeling changes are data-supported and aligned with applications and processes.
• Uphold Quality Policy and support updates to SOPs and training materials.
