Job summary

IntePros is seeking an R&D Technical Writing Analyst to support labeling and technical documentation in a medical device environment. You will develop, review, and maintain labels, drawings, specifications, SOPs, and related forms to ensure accuracy and compliance.

You will manage records in document control and PLM systems, assist with label verification and production implementation, and coordinate reviews with cross-functional teams across R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Manufacturing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and practical experience.
• Experience with technical writing, labeling, document control, PLM systems, or medical device documentation preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe products.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain labels, drawings, specifications, change orders, SOPs, Work Instructions, forms, and technical documentation.
• Create and revise labels using approved templates, labeling systems, Adobe products, and Microsoft Office.
• Manage records within document control and PLM systems.
• Review labeling changes for accuracy, compliance, and supporting documentation.
• Support label verification, barcode grading, printing, troubleshooting, and production implementation.
• Coordinate documentation reviews and approvals across R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, Legal, and Marketing.
• Track project tasks, resolve documentation issues, and support quality system compliance.
