You will manage NPIs across MMICs, SiPs, and subsystems, aligning with Centers of Excellence and Solutions Groups, delivering ROI through disciplined planning.

Qualifications

Electrical engineering degree with 5–10+ years in analog/mmwave ICs and SiP technologies.
Experience leading NPIs and technical projects within fast-paced environments.
Strong stakeholder communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

Run PLC across Labs techs (NCI/NSI/Subsystems) for VNA NPIs.
Define gate criteria and maintain auditable scope/cost/schedule.
Provide executive dashboards on status, deltas, risks, and ROI realization.
