Job summary

Keysight Technologies seeks an R&D Integrating Manager in the Bay Area. You will lead a team of 2-3 R&D managers and 35-40 engineers across lasers, optics, optomechanics, and electronics.

Translate strategy into executable plans, align teams, and ensure on-time delivery of complex customer-driven programs. You will drive end-to-end program execution, manage cross-functional dependencies, and foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• 5+ years delivering complex product development programs as a program manager or R&D leader.
• Experience managing teams of 25+, including multiple managers.
• 5+ years in semiconductor equipment or related high-tech R&D environments.

• Translate product and technology direction into executable plans with clear milestones.
