Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sales Representative for R&D Tax Credits to develop executive-level relationships with Small and Mid-Market employers (1–500 employees) and partner with the Accountant Partner Channel to maximize available tax credits. You will generate opportunities daily by collaborating with internal ADP partners, engaging external accounting firms, bankers, and industry groups, and using targeted data.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of selling to the business community, preferably in Tax Credit sales.
• Willingness to travel 30-40% with in-person presence in a sales office at least weekly.
• Ability to build a network and leverage Centers of Influence (Accountants, bankers, industry groups).

Responsibilities

• Close sales and achieve quota across the assigned geography.
• Develop and execute an annual business plan and sales goals.
• Use Salesforce and participate in targeted marketing campaigns.
• Establish deep knowledge of ADP incentives programs and competitive offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal sales partners across units.
