Job summary

Tri-Merit LLC is seeking an experienced R&D Tax Credit Project Manager to own the execution and delivery of engagements for clients in the United States.

You will be the primary client contact, ensuring accurate, compliant, and well-documented R&D credit studies while collaborating with engineers, attorneys, and CPAs. This role requires hands-on R&D tax credit experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of direct R&D tax credit experience is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage R&D tax credit engagements from kickoff through final deliverables.
• Evaluate client operations to identify qualifying R&D activities and eligible expenditures.
• Explain IRC Sections 41 and 174 clearly and practically.
• Partner with engineers, attorneys, and CPAs to analyze technical and financial data.
