Job summary

CohnReznick is recruiting for an R&D Credit Services – Manager to join our National Tax practice. You will support and run key aspects of R&D engagements, research tax issues, perform fieldwork, and contribute to client deliverables and sales initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years of industry experience with 1-2 years in a managerial capacity, a CPA license, and strong communication skills. Illinois-based salary range is $120,000–$170,000, with a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ industry experience with 1-2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• Licensed CPA, J.D./LL.M.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of federal and state rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead R&D credit studies and manage engagements.
• Conduct fieldwork and review calculations.
• Communicate with stakeholders and manage budgets.
• Provide coaching and development of staff.
• Assist sales and marketing efforts.
