The Manager will lead development and execution of tax strategies, manage budgeting and deliverables, and mentor staff while ensuring PwC standards and client satisfaction across diverse corporate clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least four years of experience.
• CPA, bar admission, or other qualifying tax or technology credentials.
• Demonstrated leadership mentoring staff on specialized tax engagements.
• Analytical skills resolving client issues and maintaining PwC quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of R&D tax strategies for corporate clients.
• Manage client engagements including planning, budgeting, and deliverable quality.
• Analyze complex tax regulations to identify optimization and compliance opportunities.
• Coach team members and collaborate with leadership on timelines and standards.
