Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled students who have completed at least one year in the Culinary Arts program.
• Preference for BS in Food Science or related area of study.
• Ability to consume and ingest protein products created and reviewed.
• Able to stand at the bench for extended periods and lift/carry ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food product formulation from bench to production run.
• Assist in customer presentations.
• Support day-to-day lab and plant needs (stocking, ordering materials, setup and cleanup).
