Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking Summer Interns to support Strategic Business Operations within R&D. The role offers exposure to project management, operations strategy, budgeting, and stakeholder collaboration in a hybrid on-site setting across Pennsylvania or New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be actively enrolled in an accredited university for the duration of the internship.
• Undergraduate sophomore or higher status by start date.
• Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during internship.

Responsibilities

• Support SBO projects across Innovative Medicine R&D to improve operations.
• Assist with budgeting, resources, and timeline management.
• Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for alignment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
• Communicate updates and progress to team members and leadership.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Procurement to implement initiatives.
